Farmhouse California Red Wine
Farmhouse red blend is designed to showcase balanced and deep flavors.
Grapes for this blend were picked, destemmed and pumped to a temperature-controlled fermenting tank. A combination of native and pure wine yeasts were used to begin fermentation of the separate lots. Grapes were pressed once the fermentation extracted the perfect amount of tannins from the skins. Both free run and press juice were combined to enhance the wine’s structure. The wine was then racked to 40% new French oak with medium toast which enhanced, but did not overpower, the fruit
Enjoy this medium-bodied luscious red with a variety of flavorful foods. It’s smooth with nicely balanced acidity, plum, chocolate, and berry notes and a smooth, rich finish.

Farmhouse California White Wine
Farmhouse white blend is designed to showcase crisp and bright flavors.
This unique blend was cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation. Following fermentation, the wine underwent a light filtration to preserve the flavors of the fruit and varietal characteristics.
When selecting grapes for this wine, we were particularly conscious of the intensity of the fruit, the acid balance, and the characteristics each varietal offered to the blend as a whole. The final wine delivers fresh, crisp flavors of grapefruit and lime with a fresh, clean finish.
This wonderful collection of grape varieties creates a blend that has both rich flavors and bright, fresh character.
